Schultz
He was born in Dannsville, New York on August 16, 1970. He is a member
of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Schultz has a practice focused on insurance, financial
services, and commercial litigation. Mr. Schultz began his legal career
as law clerk to Judge Edward C. Prado of the Western District of Texas, where
he worked as the briefing attorney. After his clerkship, Mr. Schultz became
an associate and counsel in the litigation group of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld,
LLP, where he worked until joining Lindow ▪ Stephens ▪ Treat, L.L.P.
in 2008.
