Mark Lindow's primary areas of practice are first party litigation, premises liability, and automobile and trucking liability.

Mr. Lindow began his legal career as an associate with the Tort Litigation Section of Fulbright & Jaworski, before joining the firm of Jones Kurth & Treat. In 1996, he and David Treat formed the firm of Lindow & Treat.

Personal Bio

Mark is married and has one daughter. He enjoys sailing, motorcycle riding, fishing and racquetball. He sits on the Advisory Board of Child Advocates San Antonio, and is a founding member of the motorcycle organization, Guardians of the Children. The Guardians are a support organization for children who have been victims of abuse and neglect.
